Standard production takes 2–4 weeks. Custom orders may take longer.
Yes, we offer engraving and design modifications. Please provide customization details during order placement.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Custom orders are non-refundable after confirmation.

We ship globally via FedEx, DHL, and Malca-Amit.

Yes, all shipments are fully insured until delivery. You will receive tracking details upon dispatch.
We typically ship on FOB or CIF terms, but we’re open to other terms on request.
Return & Replacement
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and share photos with a brief description of the issue.
If the return is eligible, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping. Returns for non-defective products are not accepted.

Yes, all diamonds are certified by IGI or GIA.
Every product undergoes strict quality inspections at each stage of production.
Custom work may have slight visual variations. Engraved items are non-returnable.

Dispute Resolution
All disputes are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat. We encourage resolving matters through discussion or arbitration within 30 days.
